Please note: even if the design is offered in your embroidery format, this does not guarantee compatibility of designs in size (check the embroidery size again before purchasing the files). It is important to know the embroidery field size of your embroidery machine (not to be confused with the hoop size). The field size is the maximum size of embroidery that can be embroidered on your embroidery machine.

Do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions about the size of the design or are not sure if it will fit in your hoop. All such questions should be asked before purchasing. To do this, you need to private message me with the dimensions of your hoop, the brand of your machine and the format you need.

I do not recommend resizing or editing the design. I cannot guarantee that the quality of the design will remain the same if you change the design in any way.

Instant download after payment.
Once payment is complete, you will receive two emails from Etsy: one confirming your purchase and one letting you know that your design is ready for download. To download the file, open the email provided and click the "View files on Etsy" button. You will then be redirected to the download page where you can download a zipped file containing your design.

You can also access your downloads by going to: My Account > Purchases > Click the download button next to the item you purchased. Once the files have downloaded, be sure to unzip the folder and extract the files.
